This Pukalani Maui Golf Course Home Needs a Makeover as it had a previous addition built that was incomplete!	Home Front Makeover includes: Stucco on lower walls, colored Hardie cement siding and trims, Plygem Windows, Certainteed vented soffits, Windsor One 30 Year fascia, and a new deck!

Back side faces the golf course and has the same small wrap around deck that leaks into house!	Back side continues with a new 10'x20' deck with Timbertech composite decking and Crystalite stainless cabled railings
